Abstract

In Malaysia, tourism industry is the most important industry that can increase the economy of our country. Because of that scenario, most of the hotel in Malaysia fight to run in providing the best quality of services to their customer. Nowadays, the importance of building and hotel industries in Malaysia cannot be denied. This industry has provided such a large income for Malaysia in economy and tourism. In order to keep the continuity of income, hotel must be maintained to keep it in good condition and environment friendly. The importance of keeping these are to prolong life span of building itself, guarantee the health and safety of tenant, users or workers, beside reduce breakdown of the hotel building. So that, maintenance is the most important thing to do to ensure hotel in a good condition and environment friendly. Otherwise, it also can ensure the hotel can provide good service for their customers.
