Our company, Beyond The Creations is an event planning company that provides services specialize in parties and anniversary for the people around Johor. This includes birthday party, dinner party, office party, family day and anniversary. As in todays' world, the plan of making events and activities is getting bigger day by day among the students, friends, coworkers and families. Due to customers' busy lifestyle, they do not really have time to decorate their events as it takes longer time and uses much effort. With that, here comes the need and opportunity for us to establish this company. There are fewer competitors that provide this kind of services. This will help to make the project desirable to the market at large. We do not have to worry about the lack of materials as it is easy to get suppliers in this state. Besides that, all the chemicals used in this company are safe and do not give any harm to the customers and also to the environment. Of all the above, this one thing cannot be taken easily that is quality. Giving the benefits to both sides, the company and the customers, the employees recruited must be high-skilled and experienced. However, throughout the time, we will keep improving our services by getting feedback from the customers. Their thoughts about the services that our company provided have to be heard and taken actions. This is important for our company to know its strengths and weaknesses and also to improve our services.
