Abstract
ln order to complete my studies in Diploma in Planting lndustry Management at University Technology Mara (UITM), it was compilsory to undergo this course practical and industrial training. which require us to explore and experience the real working environment at the estate have decided to choose Samarahan Plantation Sendirian Berhad, Serian as my practical training place as this authority has become one of the well-known authority in estate in Sarawak.
