The business that we want to take part are based on the industry of making and selling ice cube. Its business is been named Polar Ice Cube Sdn Bhd is because it shows the type of industry that we in. We want to start our business at A 9342 Kawasan Industri Ringan Alor Gajah, 78000 Alor Gajah Melaka. We choose this type of industry because the participation from the bumiputra are to little in this industry. The government help and support also have a great deal to influence us to participate in this industry.
The demand for this industry in Melaka are high and it is based on our study and research that shows there are surplus of demand in this industry although there are two competitors or our rival in this ice tube industry that is Atlas and Nordin Ice. The other reason are because of the density of the people that live in our area that will give us an advantage to market our product.
This business are been participated by six shyer holders that are the General Manager, Administration Executive, Financial Executive, Marketing Executive, and Operational Executive. This business have its capital from the contribution from the shareholder that the amount are RM 300,000 and another RM 500,000 are from bank loan. Our business are schedule to be fully operation at 1 January 2000 and with our commitment and our spirit and also with the Allah consent we hope that we can wider our scope of market and we can open our branch in other country.
