Abstract

This is a study of Intervention to Provide Walkways For Visually Impaired Person In Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur. The existing walkways not interconnected, Lack of visually impairment walkways facilities, obstacles and damages that has on existing walking area study are has become a major
issue at Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur walkways area and has caused the issues on need to improve/ providing better walkways for visually impairment. So I chose to study the issue and identify the reasons The existing walkways is
not inter-connected. Also the lack of visually impairment walkways facilities, also obstacles and damages that has on study area and find ways to overcome this problem through this study. That is the reason why goals and objectives to improve the social status of this area have been made. In order to achieve my goals and objectives, I need to create do site observation and survey for information based on Google Map, IPLAN and GoogleImagery2020 to identify the problem that visual impairment face. After completing the site survey and providing data from observation as well, the analysis and findings process was conducted as a result of the data on why this issue occurred and some suggestions to
solve this problem.
