UiTMT KT Counseling Management System (KTCMS) / Ahdah Azmer

This project describes the Management System for counseling unit that currently using manual system to keep the student data into file. The counselor will manages the system based manage the students information regarding making the appointment through online. It can save the time to make the appointment and search the student information. Therefore UiTM Terengganu KT Counseling Management System (KTCMS) that has been developed to ease the work of counselor to manage the student record and searching the data information. The method use in the development of KTCMS is Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. After development process, the expert and user evaluation have been conducted. As for the expert there are a few questions that have been asked in order to improve the usability and functionality of the KTCMS. For the user, there are six construct provided to the user which are user interface, ease of use, usability, user satisfaction, heuristic evaluation and learnability to the 30 potential users. The results shows the respondents agreed using this system is ease of use with the highest mean which is 4.26 ( SD = 0.72 ). For future enhancement, it should have email notifications to alert the counselor if the counselor was not around in the campus because nowadays email can be access through mobile.
