Abstract
Club Information Management System (CIMS) is a prototype of computerized system for faculty club management in UITMT Kuala Terengganu. The prototype serves as an alternative for clubs in UITMT Kuala Terengganu to manage club related tasks and processes. Currently, the process involved in preparing proposals for events, registratio of new club members and event participation registration are done manually and takes a lot of time to complete. The prototype was developed by following phases in the Prototype Model. Additional methodology of LUCID Framework is added in order to ensure the prototype interface satisfies the target users. An evaluation questionnaire has been prepared for users and experts to test the system functionality and usability. The highest mean is the satisfaction construct which is 4.67 (SD=0.51). As all means are between 3.8 and 4, and standard deviations (SD) are less than 1, it implies that the usability of the system is good and user responses has only small dispersion. In the future, CIMS can be enhanced to include all other types of clubs existed in UITMT Kuala Terengganu and to be used in all UITM branches.
