Abstract
This research is a general review about the qualities of public transport which is intercity bus. The service quality of public bus is not improving even though it is one of the choice transportation mode of the user at Bentong Town Center. This research is about studying the services qualities and the user satisfaction. Besides, this research is to identify the problems and issues that needs to be solved. The aim of this study is to study the quality and upgrading the public transport service. Thus, the implementation of strategic plan in managing the services needs to be carried out by doing interview to public bus user and observation analysis at research study site. This research is based on the data obtained from the interview of public bus user which total forty (40) respondents regarding the user satisfaction on the service qualities provided. The data collected was analysed and evaluate to determine the level of services qualities. The research recommended relevant suggestions on solving and improvising the qualities of services of the public bus in Bentong Town Center. It is hope that this study can contribute the improvement the public transportation qualities of service in Bentong Town Center.
