Abstract
Kenyalang Oil Palm Estate was established on 2008. Distance Kenyalang Oil Palm Estate from highway junction is 50KM. Distance Kenyalang Oil Palm Estate from Pusa is 20KM. Before arrive at Kenvalang Oil Palm Estate, will going through 3 estate, will through Enggang Oil Palm Estate, Raja Udang Oil Palm Estate and will arrive Kenyalang Oil Palm Estate. Now, Kenyalang Oil Palm Estate, was have 3 manager start from Tn. Mohd Syukri Bin Othman (2008 until 2009), Tn. Hanizam Bin Hashim (2009 until 2010) And Tn. Hj Mokhtar bin Yusof (2011until now). It’s was inaugurated on 19 May 2012 by Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Abdul Samad Bin Hj. Alias (board director chairman THP Saribas Sdn. Bhd.) at the beginning their have 4 officer and 11 staff. Among these are 1 manager, 1 senior assistant manager, 2 assistant manager, 1 account clerk, 1 general clerk, 1 store clerk, 5 field supervisor, 1 training data clerk and 2 trainee field supervisor at year 2013 was have 4 officer and 9 staff. Among these are 1 manager, 1 senior assistant manager, 2 assistant manager, 5 field supervisor, 1 account clerk, 1 general clerk, 1 store clerk and 1 data clerk. Kenyalang Oil Palm Estate also have 2 division, Division Laut and Division Darat. Area Kenyalang Oil Palm Estate is 2555 hectare and area planting palm is 2382.73 hectare and has total 347437 palm. Division Laut has 1448.70 hectare area planting palm with 205,693 palm and Division Darat has 934.03 hectare area planting palm with 141 ,744 palm.
