Abstract
Based on research, Air Terjun Laundry already has many services offered. But, to increase the customer appeal, Air Terjun laundry should provide extra services such as iron service for the customer. A working man is most likely to use this service because men often have difficulty preparing their working suit. An expensive Iron Philips is suitable to use for this service because it worth a shop that needs a lot of clothes ironing. Air Terjun Laundry could also sell detergent and softener in bottles for customers so that they don’t need to buy in packs every time they want additional detergent
