A Study on accessibility on community facilities at Taman Sri Mas, Taman Sri Delima, Taman Sri Pendang And Taman Muhibah, Kedah Darul Aman / Nur Shazmiera Shamin Sha Bani

The focus of this study is on the accessibility of community facilities which surau and community hall in Taman Sri Mas, Taman Sri Delima, Taman Sri Pendang and Taman Muhibah. The study area consist four (4) types of residential area which identified as low cost housing area. Accessibility and community facility is a vital instrument in urban planning especially for the residential planning. In residential aspect, these two elements bring an important planning work in order to serve and prepare a good and well-being residential area with well-equipped facilities and a good road circulation access for the community.
Next, accessibility is an essential key for every place to be connected with each other whether it is in urban or rural area. The elements of accessibility must be determined well by the planner in an area to serve the community a good access for them to connect with other places from their residential area. This also involved the community safety and comfort aspects while using the road or pedestrian in the area. From the other view, accessibility played a big role in the residential area when it brings a major connection to all places surround the area.
