Abstract
This study, "A Study on the Enforcement against Improper Use of Blogs in Malaysia"As a requirement to be fulfilled in the course of Bachelor of Legal Study (Hons). This study has
been carried out mostly in UiTM and also several areas in Shah Alam. This study is conducted to look into the sufficiency of the enforcement of the existing law in overcome this issue of improper use of blog. Quite a few methods were utilised to find answers to this problem and fulfilling the objective study and problem statement.
Library based research has been done to gather information in this study. There also some articles and journal from legal experts from the internet used in this study. Researchers also
carried out a survey to 100 respondents to be analysed. Apart from that, researchers also had put in order the comparison of laws with a few countries. In a nutshell, it can be said that the law itself is a good law however the lacking in the enforcement is the problem to overcome this raised issue.
