Abstract
Medical Center is the most of important agencies in Malaysia. Health is human free from illness or injury and human need to found doctor if they have any symptoms of sickness. Mostly health care organization and medical centre in Malaysia has looking forward to implement information in their organization in order to improves services they provided. The stud s done in a few of medical centre in segamat such Klinik Kesihatan, linik Pergigian linik Mahkota, Klinik Rama, Klinik Aisya, Klinik Zohar and Klinik RaZak. The main objective of the research is to investigate the effectiveness of Medical Information System (MIS) in medical centre in Segamat. Furthermore, a set of questionnaire has been formulated and distributed to evaluate the effectiveness of Medical Information System (MIS) and the factor that affect the effectiveness. The finding showed that, the medical information system (MIS) very effective in their management especially in managing their patient's information based on the evaluation of the criteria. At the end of the study, some recommendation have been suggested to improve the usage of the medical information system in the agencies.
