Bab ini menyentuh tentang Langkawi secara umum, tempat-tempat menarik, tempat-tempat yang perlu di komersialkan, penginapan, pengangkutan dan perkara menarik untuk di buat dan di lihat. Selain itu juga menerangkan peranan penting, masalah serta cadangan penting yang dimainkan oleh Langkawi di dalam industri pelancongan Negara.
