Abstract
The Companies Commission of Malaysia (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia or SSM) is a statutory body which regulates companies and businesses. SSM, which came into operation on 16 April 2002, is a statutory body formed as a result of a merger between the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and the Registrar of Businesses (ROB) in Malaysia. This case study was conducted out to study on budget of Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia. Which the researcher want to find the issues of this study about the fifty percent use by the Suruhajaya Syarikat Malaysia by reviewing the budget process, past financial information and all related data. This study has been made up from the past three years from 2005 to 2007 which the researcher wants to find the result of the study which meet the objectives that the researcher has point out.
