Abstract
In designing the stage bus schedules the number of passengers or potential passengers using the public transport should be considered. The demand along the route network will identify the speed of bus schedules. The registered timetable is the guide for the bus driver to run the service. Without proper registered timetable the conflict of time between bus driver and passengers could be happened. Either the service ahead of time or depart late from the terminal is the factor of an insufficient service given to the public. There will be unreliable in public transport except for those who have other alternatives to travel. The various problems were identify during the study and several recommendations are given in order to improve the performance of the companies concerned.
