A study on risk management during basement construction in high-rise building / Nur Shamila Mat Yusoff

In construction work many hazard could be happened and exposure to risk on site becomes danger. So this research focus on the risk management during basement construction that needs to take serious aspect on construction work. The objectives of this research are to identify risk that associated with basement construction for high rise building construction, to analyze risk management implementation in basement construction and to give recommendation to the problems that associated with the risk management in basement construction. This research was conducted at 3 different basement construction sites which are Da’Men USJ basement project, Sunway Pyramid 3 and Bumimetro construction at Bandar Subang Jaya. All the data collected was then analyzed and making a finding base on objectives has been made. The result that obtained from these studies showed that the risk management is important parts on basement construction.
