Abstract
Facilities management is involving property, performance and organization. To achieve good performance, aspect in building for instance functionality, safety and satisfaction from user must be determined even it just a space at basement parking. Basement parking may open great opportunity in business for organization and may attract many visitors to visit the building. Indeed offering
suitable facilities and safety to user may increase potential in investment and reduce possibility in crime. Each facilities offered at basement parking must serve comfort and easy to user including safety aspect. Those facilities should be maintain to determine the functionality and planning in maintenance work to keep the facilities perform and in good condition so it can serve user better. Providing safety aspect to avoid any injury or unexpected crime or fatal to visitor and occupant of building. Gathering information regarding basement parking, facilities
management, maintenance and safety will help to determine the condition on site besides based on observation and opinion from visitor or user. Finally, identify suggestion or opinion regarding the level of satisfaction on facilities and safety at basement parking and the condition between 3 case studies Plaza MPK; Complex PKNS and SACC Mall. Analysis will conclude the findings regarding the rate on condition and determine the conclusion for rating of condition for facilities and safety at basement parking on the selected case study.
