Abstract

This chapter focuses the background of the study which is on the relationship between the non-monetary rewards towards employee motivation. It also emphasize on employees’ motivation in the workplace .This paper will be discusses the background of the study, the problem statement and also the research questions. On the other hand, it also will discuss about the research objectives and on the information regarding the scope of the study. In addition, it also will explain the significant of study and lastly is all about the definition of terms and concepts.
