The lack of access to educational resources, notes, and materials from lecturers impacts student’s engagement in class. Furthermore, sometimes lecturers’ inability to use modern technology limits their capability to provide support and consult with students, ultimately affecting the overall academic environment. The Elyware is designed to enhance the educational experience by integrating several key functionalities. It ensures that class notes and resources are available before lectures, reducing confusion and boosting student engagement. Lecturers gain access to relevant student information, facilitating personalized support and effective tracking of academic progress. This innovation features a streamlined booking system for consultations, allowing students to easily schedule or reschedule appointments. Additionally, an integrated online timetable helps students manage their class schedules, assignment deadlines, and other academic activities, thereby improving time management and overall performance. By simplifying communication between lecturers and students and fostering collaborative work, this innovation allows for quick feedback, which accelerates learning and improvement. Its user-friendly design makes it accessible for those who may struggle with modern technology, ensuring that its benefits are easily realized. This innovation will be efficient to improve the overall academy of our Malaysian students and the next generation.
