This innovation is a Google Site website designed to support adult ESL (English as a Second Language) learners in expanding their vocabulary, with a focus on high-frequency words crucial for everyday communication. The platform is thoughtfully structured, offering a rich collection of essential vocabulary that facilitates effective language development, helping learners integrate more smoothly into English-speaking environments. Pre-service teachers, especially, face problems with vocabulary acquisition when they are not enrolled in a TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language) programme. This will be a problem when they get posted and need to teach English in school. Hence, VocabVault serves as a valuable resource for non-TESL pre-service teachers who may be required to teach English in the future. By engaging with these high-frequency words and understanding how to use them in daily communication, these future educators can enhance their confidence and teaching competence. This can be seen in the findings based on their feelings after using this innovation. In summary, this innovation provides a dual-purpose tool that benefits both ESL learners in their language acquisition and pre-service teachers in their preparation to deliver English instruction.
