Abstract

UiTM-Maybank Engagement Session 2023 titled “Bridging the Skills Gap Towards Sustainable Workforce” which took place at Menara Maybank, Kuala Lumpur. This strategic initiative was organised through a collaboration between UiTM’s Industry, Community and Alumni Network (ICAN) Office and UiTM’s alumni network at Maybank as a platform to empower human capital development and graduate marketability. Through a panel discussion session attended by top leadership from both institutions, the forum revealed critical strategies in bridging the skills gap by adapting academic curricula to the current financial industry job market needs.
