This paper documents and evaluates a collaborative community outreach initiative between Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Tok Muda and the Faculty of Pharmacy, aimed at enhancing medicine literacy among primary school students and the local community. Recognizing the critical need for safe pharmaceutical practices, the initiative delivered interactive educational workshops, direct engagement sessions, and practical guidance on fundamental medication safety, appropriate usage, and proper storage. The program successfully empowered community members with essential health literacy skills, significantly reducing potential risks associated with improper medication handling and self-medication. This successful partnership underscores the pivotal role of higher education institutions in transferring specialized knowledge to local school communities, establishing a sustainable framework for primary health promotion and public health advocacy.
