This article documents and evaluates the implementation and outcomes of "Empowering the Community: The 'Celik' Ubatan Programme," a community-based health literacy initiative designed to enhance public understanding and awareness of proper medication usage. The program focuses on empowering participants with essential knowledge regarding appropriate pharmaceutical use, correct storage methods, adherence to prescribed dosages, and the risks associated with improper self-medication. Through interactive educational workshops, direct consultation sessions, and informative materials, the "Celik" Ubatan initiative successfully bridges the gap between healthcare professionals and the general public, fostering a health-literate community capable of making safe and informed health decisions. The program serves as a sustainable community engagement model for primary healthcare promotion and public health advocacy.
