It is located strategically near universities where it is targeted to consumers who have a sweet tooth. We thrive in a dynamic market with a growing demand for desserts and pastries for all. Our mission is to provide fresh, affordable, high quality cakes and pastries that bring joy and make every celebration memorable for the community. Meanwhile, our vision is to be the most affordable cakes and pastries available in Kota Kinabalu, offering a unique design and delicious for friends, families, and everyone of all kinds. We offer customizable cake designs, seasonal flavour options and gifting concepts that suit each customers' unique preferences and budget. Arigato Bento Bakery is guided by a team of six skilled managers, including a general manager, administration manager, marketing manager, operation manager, human resource manager and financial manager. Each managers brings their expertise to their respective roles by encouraging a collaborative environment that drives the success of our business.
