FELCRA Berhad: Kawasan Batang Lupar

Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Authority (FELCRA) was established in 1966. The aim is to develop the rural sector by helping its residents to participate in the activities of the national economy and improve the standard of living and the value of their lives. Starting 1 September 1997, when incorporated, FELCRA was renamed FELCRA and its status has changed from a statutory body to a company wholly owned corporate entity government.Changes allows FELCRA down new business areas in line with national development aspirations. Armed with skills in the areas of farm management and core activities, FELCRA is currently diversifying its activities to join the industrial and services sectors and the business is growing. Finally, FELCRA intends to become a successful conglomerate in addition to create the rural sector more dynamic, attractive and profitable operation in line with the strategy imbalance between profit-oriented programs and social bond program.
