Industrial training is compulsory for every student on higher education institutions. Every student must be involved in industrial training for requested period in order to get pass with diploma certificate. The industrial training usually carried out at either government or non-government agency within country. It is takes one whole semester. This is important because industrial training will train the trainees to face real working condition. Thus, it would produce new graduates with high capability either in academic or non-academic. Besides, industrial training is about an exposure. This enables student to learn on the real situation in some profession. As student comes out from their comfort zone, they will definitely develop their social skills inside.
