This article documents the execution and impact of an international online lecture on Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) held on May 13, 2025, organized by the Centre for Nursing Studies, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Puncak Alam in collaboration with Universitas ‘Aisyiyah (UNISA) Bandung, Indonesia. Embedded as part of the NRS461 course for final-year nursing students, the virtual session featured Prof. Dr. Sitti Syabariyah from UNISA Bandung and was moderated by Ms. Suzana Yusof from UiTM Puncak Alam. The lecture provided a cross-border, comparative exploration of CAM philosophies, modalities, and clinical implementations within both Indonesian and Malaysian healthcare systems. By bridging theoretical concepts with global clinical practices, this academic exchange successfully enhanced nursing students' cross-cultural understanding, encouraging the development of holistic, adaptable, and culturally competent healthcare professionals.
