Abstract
Industrial training is a medium where the students will be introduced to the real situation in the plantations besides to give exposure and experience to the students about the real situation in the fields. Actually, this is for early preparation for students before they start working at any company in future. Industrial training is a prerequisite to the award of Diploma students In Planting Industry Management, Universiti Teknologi Mara. For sessions from JUNE UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2016, I was following industrial training for three months, starting from 06 JUNE 2016 until 11 SEPTEMBER 2016.
