Abstract

On the 26th November 1996 the government of Sabah had formed Sawit Kinabalu Sdn. Bhd. (SKSB). This is their strategies on developing and encourages the local citizen of Sabah in Sabah Land Development Board (SLDB). The state government believed that this way can increase the economy and have high efficiency of profitability to the nation. Both of the company had sign an agreement of corporation with Borneo Samudera Sdn. Bhd. (BSSB). It is known as the Management Agreement between BSSB to manage the operation and investment assets of residual SLDB.
