Abstract
This study examines strategic frameworks and targeted intervention measures to strengthen postgraduate student recruitment within the context of higher education. Amid shifting demographic trends, evolving workforce skill requirements, and heightened international competition, traditional recruitment models face growing operational challenges. Through a synthesis of enrollment management practices, digital marketing metrics, and prospective student decision-making factors, the paper identifies critical drivers of recruitment success, including tailored programmatic offerings, transparent financial assistance structures, streamlined application workflows, and proactive industry-aligned branding. The findings highlight the necessity of leveraging predictive data analytics, flexible learning modalities, and structured institutional support systems to optimize applicant conversion rates. Ultimately, this research provides actionable policy and administrative strategies for academic administrators, admissions directors, and university strategists aiming to secure sustainable postgraduate enrollment growth and institutional resilience.
