Report industrial training at Tamaco Plantation Sdn. Bhd.

As to fulfill the requirement of Diploma in Planting Industry Management subject for the last semester, we were doing our practical as the last subject which needs to be completed in three months. This subject credit hour required six hour and will be presented for evaluation. The practical training is a must for every student to make them have their own experiences in doing the work in the field of what there had applied for the practical session. This is good for the student to have their own experience and get knowledge as much as their can. In the class, student learnt it only in theory without doing it practically. By having the chance doing the practical training, student may do it practically by themselves. Understanding on what student study in theory may change after they practically experience it. Other than that, practical training may help to improve the work skill in the field. Confident is one of the most important things because it leads to the success. Doing the work with confident after listen and see how the work done may result good performance. Other important skill while doing practical training is communication skill with people around including the manager, staffs and workers. Communication is important in order to deliver any task that being given by the manager that need to be deliver to the other workers. It also gave us the confident to ask, answer and share anything if having a good communication skill. All of the theories that had been learned in the class were really useful in the field of practical training. As in the practical session, student need to get all the experience and learned anything that they should in order to improve the knowledge.
