The internship's duration, departments it covered and internship role, responsibility are also described in detail. A second part of the report, focused on training reflections, looks back at what was actually learned. Specific subjects studied included human resources administration, digital HR systems, workplace communication, and business ethics. The internship generated real benefits in both absolute and relative terms, such as moral indemnity and re-employment as well as mere opportunities for practice. The report also presents an analysis of TNB using SWOT Examples which were drawn from actual observation in the workplace.
