AV Richnation

This report summarizes the internship that was completed at AV RICHNATION, within the finance department, from 22nd September 2025 to 9th January 2025 as part of the academic requirement for the Bachelor of Business in Finance (Honours) at Universiti Teknologi Mara Campus Bandaraya Melaka. The objective of the internship is to provide practical exposure to workplace practices, so the application of theoretical knowledge acquired through coursework. Throughout the internship, I was assigned several responsibilities, including preparing invoices, supporting client-related tasks, and conducting market research. These responsibilities allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the company's operations, workflow processes, and industry standards. The experience significantly improved my professional and personal development. It enhanced my skills in communication, teamwork, and time management, while also developing my knowledge of financial management and marketing strategies. Supervision and mentorship received during the internship provided continuous learning opportunities and constructive feedback, which were instrumental in refining my performance and future plans. In conclusion, this internship was a helpful platform that combined academic learning with real-world application. The exposure and experience gained not only strengthened my understanding of the industry but also prepared me with the necessary skills and confidence to pursue future professional challenges.
