Syarikat Air Negeri Sembilan (SAINS)

My six-month industrial training program at Syarikat Air Negeri Sembilan (SAINS) was both interesting and challenging. This report begins with a brief introduction about my background as a student, followed by an overview of the company’s history. It also describes the corporate culture of SAINS's vision, goal, fundamental values, and role in providing treated water to the public. I was assigned to the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Department during my training. I gained knowledge of workplace safety management, documentation procedures, and organizational practices through my involvement in a variety of administrative and management-related responsibilities. In order to better understand the internal and external forces influencing the business, I also performed a SWOT analysis. In conclusion, the six-month industrial training was a worthwhile and pleasurable experience. I gained valuable knowledge and skills related to the water utility sector that will be useful for my future profession. My experience was expanded by this internship, which will help me to pursue my career goals.
