Lazic Pool Sdn Bhd

This report provides a detailed coverage of the industrial training carried but at Lazic Pool Sdn Bhd as part of the academic requirements at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). This traineeship has been undertaken to gain experience in the workplace. During the internship, the trainee was also made aware of the operational activities of the company. Such activities included the involvement of the trainee in project work, documentation, or teamwork. It was, in fact, through such activities that the trainee was not only provided with hands-on experience, greater technical skills, but also necessary people skills like communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. The training experience at Lazic Pool Sdn Bhd was also informative regarding the structure, culture, and standard operating procedures adopted by the organization. The trainee was better equipped to grasp professional requirements and ethics as a result of this training and was made aware of the significance of responsibility and discipline in meeting organizational objectives. Overall, the industrial training program has been a significant and fruitful experience. The program has been successful in improving the professional caliber, confidence, and employability of the trainee. The knowledge and experience gained through this internship are expected to benefit the coming days of educational and professional life.
