Agytek Digital Sdn Bhd.

The report will be based on my experience during my six-month internship at Agytek Digital Sdn Bhd, specifically from the 22nd of September 2025 to the 6th of March 2026. During my six months of internship under the guidance of Ms. Nurul Ezzani Binti Rrazmi of the Human Capital and Administration Service Department, I acquired considerable knowledge. The main aim of this industrial training was to gain experience and improve my problem-solving skills and work abilities. At the end of my report, I will talk about my observations during my industrial training period at Agytek Digital Sdn. Bhd. Additionally, my report will address the changes at Agytek Digital Sdn. Bhd. has undergone. The report has eight sections that elaborate on my overall view of my internship experience. The first pages include a cover page, executive summary, table of contents, and acknowledgement. The second section includes an updated version of my resume, which represents my profile. In addition, I have elaborated in the third section about the company’s profile, which includes its name, location, background, vision, mission, goals, structure, and services. In the fourth section, I have described my internship duration, working days and hours, my responsibilities, and the benefits acquired. In the fifth section of this report, the results of the SWOT analysis have been mentioned with specific attention to the digital technology capabilities of Agytek Digital Sdn. Bhd. and its existence in the Industry 4.0 era. In addition, workforce capabilities and market competition are highlighted as major challenges that Agytek Digital Sdn. Bhd. is encountering. The report also includes recommendations to help Agytek Digital Sdn. Bhd. maintain sustainable growth with the inclusion of digital technology.
