Abstract
This academic article evaluates the operational frameworks, technological barriers, and strategic milestones required to transition traditional community pharmacy setups into modern, digitally integrated "telepharmacy" hubs. Despite the rapid growth of digital health tech, community pharmacies face a persistent gap between advanced telehealth software and day-to-day retail practice. This gap is often caused by fragmented software systems, changing state regulations, and concerns over patient data privacy.
