Gamuda Land Sdn Bhd.

This internship report reflects my journey throughout my industrial training, which took duration from 11 August 2025 until 23 January 2026 (24 weeks) in Gamuda Land Sdn Bhd. During this period, I had the opportunity to experience real working life and learn more about the company in the industry I was placed in. The report begins with my student profile, followed by an introduction to the company including its background. Through this experience, I was able to learn more about Gamuda Land as a major property development company in Malaysia with better understand how a large organization operates. It also helped me see how the company contributes positively to its employees, community, and country. Moreover, this internship had an impact on me both personally and professionally. Through daily interactions with staff across different departments, I learned how to approach tasks with professionalism. Next, following company policies and procedures allowed me to understand the importance of compliance, discipline, and ethical conduct in a corporate setting. Additionally, observing the organization’s culture such as how employees collaborate, support one another, and maintain professional standards gave me valuable insight into workplace expectations. These experiences not only strengthened my practical skills but also enhanced my professional attitude while helping me develop a clearer career perspective of the qualities required to succeed in a professional environment. Not only that, SWOT analysis was also carried out to better understand the organization strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats within the industry. The discussion summarizes my key learning experiences, insights, and how this internship has shaped my understanding of workplace culture and career expectation. The report also include recommendation for improvement from the experience perspective. In conclusion, I am truly grateful for the guidance and support from my supervisor Madam Fiza Zawatil binti Sakdin in the organization throughout the entire training period. She has always been patients to guide me. Tier careful advice has helped me improve not only in my work but also in the way I think and approach responsible.
