Abstract

This article documents and evaluates the strategic planning, institutional execution, and socio-educational outcomes of Pharmily Day 2026, an annual flagship co-curricular initiative designed to foster solidarity and enhance engagement among pharmacy undergraduates, faculty staff, and professional networks. The study analyzes how the event achieves its primary objectives through three essential strategic frameworks: (1) Reinforcement of Institutional Solidarity ("Pharmily") by bridging communication gaps between junior undergraduates, senior peers, and academic stakeholders through collaborative interactive activities; (2) Cultivation of Collaborative Team Dynamics and leadership competencies among student organizing committees; and (3) Integration of Professional Identity and soft skills development essential for future pharmacy practitioners. The findings indicate that Pharmily Day 2026 functions as a critical peer-support mechanism that strengthens mental well-being, builds trust within the academic community, and elevates the social and cultural framework of future healthcare providers in higher learning institutions.
