Abstract

The name of this business is Agensi Pekerjaan All Star Maid Agency and Services Sdn. Bhd. It is a partnership form of business. On this globalization era, people always seem to see an easiest way to help themselves for their daily routine. Even though, the high technology is getting popular nowadays such as massage machine, washing machine and vacuum cleaner, but the human touch is still needed by us for operating these all machine. Therefore, we came out for a new idea by planning to open out one agency which is not only to hire the maid itself but to train them before they would be sending to their employer. We have chosen Plaza Kingfisher, Jalan Bangka-Bangka a cluster of shop lot building. Surrounded by Taman Kingfisher Bungalow, a number of higher learning institution such as Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Kolej Yayasan Sabah and also resident from around Taman Kingfisher itself, Taman lndah Permai and other villages which is a very potential and strategic place for such business. The business will commence around January 2006. This is the purpose of renovation and strategic planning so that the business can run smoothly.
