Abstract

This business plan focuses on the establishment of a shop that sells tiles. In our company, we put customer satisfaction first, by good customer service. These tiles will be selling to various type of customer such as:

• Personal
• Small contractor

Our goods that we sell are mainly used for construction works. We hope that we will be able to catch up with the market share especially in Kota Kinabalu and the nearest district, generally, before expanding our business around Sabah. During this period, tiles product are in high demand as the state is constantly developing, in a medium scale. For that reason, we hope that with the formation of this business entity, the construction industry will flourish with the existence of our business.
