Nowadays, we know that water is very important to human being, and, a good supplying of the sources is mostly important to get the water clean and pure when getting to the customer. Plumbing process is the method to be considering when supplying the water to the customer, which mean the piping net line must be constructed by the people who knows the about piping or water supplying. We were choice this type of business is because according from Jabatan Air and Jabatan Perangkaan data, in our state or especially on this city (Kota Kinabalu), there are have a developing and constructing in such a place and other than that the population on the area will increased to be high population because of affecting by the development process. Therefore, we take these advantages by doing these businesses to make money profit and to be one of members that involving to develop this city. This services business or rather to say contractor business is need high initial capital, mostly for purchasing the material such as pipes and it connection, equipment and others are tendering process. However, there are many banks that we can get loaning the capital. We are choosing to loan from Bumiputera Commerce Bank (BCB) Malaysia for an amount of about RM 50,000.00 because it related with supplying, installing and maintaining businesses. This business is also arranged by the government through the tender and by needed by private consumer who needs to repair their pipes service, all of that is under the Jabatan Air (Water Department) supported. Before starting this business, at least one of our members have the piping or plumbing licenses by attending the specific courses that organizing by Jabatan Air only. After that we can registered or build our company such as piping or plumbing contractor.
