Abstract

The name of our company is The Lord of Games. We have chosen the Wawasan Plaza shopping complex as our business location and expected to operate in 22nd February 2007. Our Business is basically selling and renting CD games that consist of PC CD Games, Playstation 2© CD Games, and also X-Box© CD Games. Other than that we also sells CD games for educational purposes. We have decided to operate this business after all the consideration about the demand for original CD games, strategic location, resource or supplier and advantages from our competitor's weaknesses. Until today, we are the only one that will provide CD Games rental service in Kota Kinabalu. We are also looking seriously about the piracy activities in this city and by operating this business we can help our government to prevent this problem. With the good business strategies, we expected that we could attract customers and compete with the other competitors.
