Palm Garden Hotel

This report presents a summary of my internship about 6 month at Palm Garden Hotel I was assigned to the Human Resources Department as an HR intern under supervision of Ms Ruby Thangarajah as Assistant Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Excutive Ms Iffah Syahirah Khairullah and from guidance my academic advisor Dr Irzan Bin Ismail , which start from 11 August 2025 until 23 January 2026 . Palm Garden Hotel is hotel 5 star owned by IOI Properties and managed by Marriott International with over 30 years of established. Throughout my internship , I gained real job experience in Human Resources and workplace practices. This report documents my internship activities , learning outcomes and including updated my resume and also manage to complete a SWOT analysis based on the company and my internship experience. Furthermore through this report also I analyzes areas Plam Garden Hotel can improve and supported SWOT analysis based on the experiences and observations at Palm Garden Hotel. Overall this report reflects my meaningful internship journey at Palm Garden Hotel and the skills I gained during internship period.
