Abstract
Regardless what type of work or in what field, stress will always be there. However, it can be reduced with proper processes. There are many factors that contribute to the stress level at work place. Namely, work load, job satisfaction and role conflict. This study is quantitative in nature to study the correlation or relationship between the factors and stress level at workplace in Jabatan Urusan Gaji Angkatan Tentera (UGAT) as a sample based of. 108 employees. This study analyzed using Pearson's rank order correlation analysis through Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software. The findings show that there is significant weak correlation between work load, job satisfaction, and role conflict and stress level at workplace.
