Xpert Cyber Cafe is a business plan focus on internet service where it gives entertainment to community to use the internet with reasonable price. Xpert Cyber Cafd unlike a typical cafe in Mukah, it will provide a unique forum for communication and entertainment through the medium of the Internet. Xpert Cyber Cafe is the answer to an increasing demand. The public wants access to the methods of communication and volumes of information now available on the Internet and access at a cost they can afford and in such a way that they aren't socially, economically, or politically isolated. Goal is to provide the community with a social, educational, entertaining, atmosphere for worldwide communication. Other than that, our company not only provides internet service, fax machine and other service but also provide cafe where our costumer can buy drink and simple meal. Our Cyber cafe do not like other cyber cafe in Mukah such as AWI Hitech where they only provide computer service. Our costumer can searching internet or play game while enjoy simple meal that we have sale in our cyber cafe. Beside that we also provide Wi-Fi to our customer. Xpert Cyber Cafe is a company in form of partnership between four friends who finished their study and some of them already have a job. Because interested in computer, they open a cyber cafe where it located don’t far from KFC. The marketing is focused on local citizen from Mukah, Oya, Dalat and Balingian area and also foreign student or tourists. Once our company began to expand, we want to continue to venture to satisfy the need of our customer. Financial analyses show that our company will have both a positive cash flow and profit in the first year. The expected profit and loss in the first year is 6.85%.
