Taking inspiration from the flowing lines of the Sulur Kacang motif found in Rumah Kutai, the design preserves cultural storytelling while fitting into today’s contemporary interiors. The legs are shaped from solid pine wood using a wood-turning process, while the seat is hand-crafted with grooves, chiseling, and grinding to achieve a smooth ergonomic curve. The backrest is laser-cut from plywood, assembled into a strong frame, padded with foam, and finished with premium leather.
