Abstract
The FSKM Colloquium Series 2/2025, held on May 28, 2025, served as a vital professional development platform for 14 lecturers at the UiTM Kuala Pilah Campus. Led by Nor Aishah Binti Md Noh, the session clarified the specific mechanisms of UiTM’s course passing requirements, focusing on the balance between continuous assessment and final examinations. By gaining a deeper technical understanding of these guidelines, lecturers are now better equipped to provide students with early academic benchmarks, ensuring better preparation throughout the semester. This initiative underscores the faculty's commitment to standardizing academic practices and fostering a culture of knowledge exchange among its educators.
