Industrial training is a requirement for obtaining a bachelor's degree at University Teknologi MARA (UiTM) This experience not only aids in developing a professional attitude but also provides exposure to a real working environment. It fosters an understanding of the industrial approach to problem-solving through a comprehensive grasp of the organization's processes and operations. Over the course of 24 weeks as a trainee at Lazic Group Sdn. Bhd. I have gained valuable knowledge and experience, particularly in merchant operations. This report outlines the work experience and journey I have accumulated during my Industrial Training at Lazic Group Sdn. Bhd. from 3 March - 15 August 2025. During my internship, I was guided by En. Syafiq Rashid and tasked with managing various aspects of corporate secretarial work to ensure all reports and documents remained current. My industrial training allowed me to apply the skills and knowledge acquired at University Teknologi MARA to successfully complete my assignments throughout the internship. Additionally, I encountered new learning experiences that were not covered in lectures. To conclude, my six-month internship at Lazic Group Sdn. Bhd. has provided me with invaluable knowledge and work experience.
